End‑User License Agreement (EULA)

This End‑User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Zota Mate (“Company”). By installing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Zota Mate application solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse‑engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
You may not distribute, sell, or lease the software to any third party.
Modifications or derivative works are prohibited without express written consent.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
